3. LPN Program MSWSPN (August) Use this link to apply to the PN-Practical Nursing Fall Admission Program. Applications are accepted from September 5th until June 1st each year. This is the 10-month Nursing program at Marion S. Whelan School for Practical Nursing at Finger Lakes Health. For more information go to MSWSPN.com for details on the program.

4. Full RN Associates Degree Program FLHCON (Aug.) Use this link to apply to the Registered Nursing -RN- Fall Admissions program with an August 2025 start date. Applications are accepted from September 5th through June 1st every year. NOTE: This is not the Spring LPN to RN Program application link. Please see our website at www.flhcon.edu/Nursing Admissions for specific program application periods.

5. LPN Program MSWSPN Spring 2025 (January) This application is for our new January start date of the MSWSPN LPN program. Applications must be completed by January 3, 2025.
