Complete this application only if you have completed Nursing Fundamentals at another nursing program within the last 2 years with a final grade of C+ or above.

LPN to RN - 2nd Sem. RN Program FLHCON (Jan.) Apply to the 2nd-semester LPN to RN Admissions Program here! Applications are accepted until close of business (4:30pm) November 2nd. Be sure that you meet the application requirements BEFORE submitting your application. You must either be a currently licensed LPN OR have completed Nursing Fundamentals in another RN program within the last two years with a final grade of C+ or above. There is a non-refundable $50.00 application fee due at the end of the application. Your application cannot be reviewed without this.
