LPN Application - 2nd Trimester LPN Program Use this link to Apply to the 2nd-Trimester LPN Program. Applications are accepted June 1st until September 1st. Complete this application only if you have completed Nursing Fundamentals at another nursing program within the last 2-years with a final grade of C+ or above.
LPN to RN Application - 2nd Sem. RN Program FLHCON Use this link to apply to the 2nd-semester LPN to RN Admissions Program. Applications are accepted June 5th until September 1st. Be sure that you meet the application requirements for second semester admission prior to submitting your application. You must either be an currently-licensed LPN or have completed Nursing Fundamentals in another RN program within the last two years with a final grade of C+ or above. Please Note: Application fees are non-refundable!
