LPN Program MSWSPN August 2027 Use this link to apply to the PN-Practical Nursing Fall Admission Program. Applications are accepted from September 2nd until June 1st. LPN Program MSWSPN January 2027 This application is for our January start date of the MSWSPN LPN program. Applications must be completed by November 2, 2026.

LPN to RN - 2nd Sem. RN Program FLHCON (Jan.) Apply to the 2nd-semester LPN to RN Admissions Program here! Applications are accepted until close of business November 2nd. Be sure that you meet the application requirements BEFORE submitting your application. You must either be a currently licensed LPN OR have completed Nursing Fundamentals in another RN program within the last two years with a final grade of C+ or above. There is a non-refundable $50.00 application fee due at the end of the application. Your application cannot be reviewed without this.
